ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

All participants are invited to submit abstracts in poster format for presentation at the Conference. Please click the ‘Online Abstract Submission’ icon to submit your abstract via e-mail:

Please refer to the following guidelines for submission:

  • Submitted materials should not be previously published.
  • All abstracts must be written in English and within 800 words.
  • The objectives, methods, results and conclusions should be described. One figure or table may be included, though at the expense of the total number of words.
  • You will be invited to produce a poster for display and presentation during the Conference. A display unit measuring 0.9m (W) × 2m (H) will be provided to you. Design your poster so that you can make full use of the display unit. Magic tape will be available for you to fix your poster on the display unit.
  • The title of your poster should appear at the top with font size about 72 (approximately 25mm high), followed by the name(s) of author(s) and affiliation(s). The smallest text on your poster should at least be of font size 24 (9mm high).
  • If you wish to make any changes or amendments, please contact the Event Secretariat via email at kchan123@hku.hk. Please do NOT re-submit your abstract.
